1. SHIPPING
Shipping Destinations
ATOM currently ships to most countries and regions supported by our logistics partners. Shipping availability may vary based on local regulations and carrier coverage.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States: 5–12 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days
Europe: 7–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
Other supported destinations: 7–20 business days
Taxes and Duties
Where indicated at checkout, applicable taxes and duties are included in the purchase price.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring they are able to receive or collect their packages.
If an undeliverable package is successfully returned to our designated logistics facility, customers may request reshipment. Additional shipping, customs, storage, handling, or related fees may apply.
Returned packages will only be held for a limited period as determined by the local carrier or warehouse. If no reshipment instructions are received within the applicable holding period, the package may be destroyed, abandoned, or otherwise disposed of without compensation.
2. RETURNS
30-Day Return Window
To be eligible for a refund, the Product must be returned in good condition with all original accessories, packaging materials, manuals, and included components.
ATOM reserves the right to reduce or deny a refund if the returned Product is damaged, incomplete, altered, or shows excessive wear beyond normal evaluation and testing.
Return Authorization
Before returning any product, you must contact our support team and obtain return authorization instructions.
Return Address
Customers must use the return address provided by ATOM as part of the return authorization process.
Products returned without authorization, sent to the original shipping address, or shipped to an incorrect address may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns requested due to personal preference, change of mind, accidental purchase, or ordering the wrong item, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges associated with returning the product.
ATOM reserves the right to deduct the value of any missing accessories, damaged packaging, excessive wear, or non-returnable digital services from the refund amount.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed after the returned Product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after the returned Product has been received and inspected.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting photos or videos.
After verification, ATOM may provide troubleshooting assistance, replace the defective product or component, repair the product where applicable, or provide a refund only where required by applicable law or where repair or replacement is not reasonably available.
Memberships and Digital Services
Digital memberships, subscription services, AI services, software features, and digital content are generally non-refundable once activated, redeemed, or used.
If a purchase includes both hardware and digital services, the applicable retail value of any activated, redeemed, or used membership, subscription, or digital service will be deducted from any refund amount.
